How can I pay my ground rent?:
Payment can be made by BACS, Faster payment or Standing order. Account details on invoice. (Please quote reference on right hand corner of invoice) or by cheque/postal order.
Can I pay by credit/debit card?: We are unable to accept card payments.
Can I have a ground rent receipt for a remortgage/sale?: Please provide us with the email address and reference of your legal representative.
Can I have a quote for the purchase of my freehold?: Please contact us by email or send us a stamped addressed envelope with your request. Quotes cannot be given over the phone.
